App installation issues

Install only from https://pricetagapp.com/download/. Many issues come from unofficial files or OS blocks.

Windows — SmartScreen

If the SmartScreen warning appears:

1. Click More info
2. Then Run anyway

Official installers:

• PriceTag-setup.exe
• PriceTag.msi

Tip

In corporate environments, IT may prefer the .msi and publisher whitelist. If SmartScreen persists after “Run anyway”, check device policy.

macOS — Gatekeeper

If macOS blocks the downloaded app:

1. Confirm you used PriceTag.dmg
2. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security
3. Allow opening the app (typical flow)

Mobile

• Always start from the download hub.
• Do not install APK/IPA from third-party sources.
• If store links are missing on the hub: demo / contact.
