Daily maintenance

Small daily habits prevent drift between price list, map, and shelf.

Opening

Section titled “Opening”
  • App reachable (desktop and/or floor mobile)
  • Correct location selected
  • Base Station online (if present) — LED/status in app
  • No obvious alarms on overnight failed updates

During the day

  • Apply price changes from the official price list
  • After important batches: spot-check 3–5 tags
  • Report unreadable, crooked, or fallen tags
  • Use proximity as fallback on weak zones

Closing

  • No critical batch left “half done”
  • Operational notes for the next shift
  • Open tickets updated

What not to do

Section titled “What not to do”
  • Update without checking the location (multi-location)
  • Ignore a cluster of tags that do not respond (often radio)
  • Download the app from unofficial sources
